Banbury North Cherwell Site Allocations Development Plan Document

Thank you for your response to consultation on the Council's Banbury North Cherwell Site Allocations Development Plan Document - Issues and Options Paper. I can confirm that your                    comments have been recorded as a representation and will be considered as the Development Plan Document progresses towards the Preferred Options stage.

There have been approximately 1000 responses received to the Issues and Options Paper and it is intended to make these available for public viewing at Bodicote House in due course.

In addition to comments on the document, some new sites have been submitted for consideration. In line with the Council's Statement of Community Involvement, details of all new sites submitted for consideration will be released for public comment in due course. You will be informed in writing of the publication date of the sites, which will also be advertised in the local newspapers, (Bicester Advertiser, Oxford Times and Banbury Guardian) and on the Council's website (http://www.cherwell-dc.Qov.uk) for two weeks beforehand.

Upon publication, details of the sites will be available for viewing on line and at the following deposit locations:

-               Banbury Library, Marlborough Road, Banbury, OX16 5DB

-               Neithrop Library, Community Centre, Woodgreen Avenue, Banbury, OX16 OAT

-               Cherwell District Council Area Office, Exeter Hall, Oxford Road, Kidlington, Oxon

Please note that your details, as provided on your representation to the Issues and Options Paper, have been included on the Council's consultation database and you will be notified in writing of the publication of any future Local Development Framework documents and consultation opportunities.

The Council now has an on line response facility attached to the consultation database which allows consultees to access Local Development Framework documents and submit comments electronically. If you wish to have access to this facility please forward your full contact details including full name, postal address, telephone number and most critically, email address to planninq.policv@cherwell­dC.qov.uk. On registration you will be allocated a unique username and password to access the facility.
