Purpose :		To improve the village environment.
Objective :		To advice the Parish Council on matters likely to enhance the village environment
Activities :
		Make regular inspections of the village, individually or as a group.
		View matters concerning the tidiness, grass cutting, street signs, etc.
		Make recommendations to the Parish Council.
