Finanace Sub-Group
Purpose :		To ensure that the Parish Council's imancial accounts and its accounting methods are in good order.
Objective :		To assist the Clerk, acting as the Responsible Financial Officer, to demonstrate the proper discharge of the Parish Council's responsibilities in respect of financial matters.
Activities :		Assist the Clerk in the preparation of an Annual Budget and Report
		To provide an internal audit service on a regular basis
		To liase with the external auditor appointed by the Parish Council
		To present the Annual Accounts within the requirements of the Audit Commission Guidance as amended April 2002.
