Bloxham Parish Councillor Chairperson - (Brian) David Chapman.

Dave Chapman came to the area some 18 years ago and began working for Oxfordshire County Council in the Area Office in Bicester looking after the northern area of Oxfordshire in the Highways Department.

He moved to Bloxham 4 years ago from Adderbury. This was his patch carrying out many schemes in our village. He now works for Buckinghamshire County Council as an Area Co-ordinator in the Area office in Winslow in the Aylesbury Vale Area Team as a liaison person working with Town/Parish/councils and District and County Councillors, being involved in the Getting Closer to Communities Programme.

He is married with 4 children. He was originally co-opted as a member of the Parish Council in October 2003.
