Bloxham Parish Council Vic Chairperson - David Gibbard.

David Gibbard is a joiner by profession and has lived in the village all his life. In fact there is a record that Gibberds (as spelt in the records) were here in 1340. (David has not been here since then though!)

He has always been interested in the welfare of the village and its people. He is currently chairman of the Feoffees.

He was originally co-opted as a member of the Parish Council in April 2005.
